Job responsibility:
1. Formulate and enforce company policies, procedures and practices to ensure the efficiency of the operations of the company.
2. Work closely with the management team to achieve short and long-term HR Planning goals.
3. Provide full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training, employee relations, recruitment, taxation and payroll.
4. Keep management informed of any critical issues and current labor market situation in China.
5. Responsible for the human resources strategic management.
6. Supervise Junior staff on the human resources and administration duties.
7. Immediate available is required.
