Ball Bearings
MXB have completive production lines for ball bearings which are manufacturing from raw material to finished bearings. Our raw material is high carbon content bearing steel (Gcr15/GB standard),then using cold rolling expansion to make bearings steel pipes. After cutting pipes, we use advanced technology which is named as cold rolling expansion technology to make turning parts. The following working procedures are finished in MXB as: Heat treatment, Grinding, Super-finishing and Assembly. Until now, MXB has total 45 production lines including 10 lines for EMQ bearings (Electrical Motor Used Bearings).
Tapered Roller Bearings
MXB tapered roller bearing production lines start from heat treatment work procedure. MXB send finished bearing steep pipe (Gcr15/GB standard) to partner companies, after turning parts working process, MXB carry on working process as: Heat treatment, Grinding, Super-finishing and Assembly. Until now, MXB have total 10 production lines. We are planning to develop cold extruding bearing turning parts for tapered roller bearings, pre-production will come out the end of 2009. |
